General Return Policy

 14 Day Return Policy 

We’re sorry if the ComfyGO or an accessory item did not work for you as you’d hoped. We try our best to offer our customers the most hassle free return process possible. Please read this entire Return Policy before submitting your request for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. An RMA number is required for all returns. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days. A request for an RMA number must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee. All products must be in “Like New” condition. Save the box. ComfyGO’s and Spare Batteries must be in the original carton (please see “Returns must be in like new condition” below for more details. We will arrange for UPS pickup of ComfyGO Chairs and Spare Batteries..

All returned products require an RMA

A RMA is a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To obtain an RMA number, you must call our customer service department at 949 690 478 within 14 days of delivery. Returns not accompanied by an RMA number may, at our option, not be accepted or be subject to a $99.00 restocking fee to be deducted from your refund..

A 10% restocking fee

A $99.00 restocking fee will be deducted from refunds for returned Zinger Chairs and Spare Batteries. There is no restocking fee for returned accessory items when accompanied by an RMA number..

Returns must be in like new condition

If we receive your return damaged, missing parts, mispacked or missing packaging materials, tools, user manual, etc., the value of items needing to be replaced will be deducted from your refund. We will make an exception for some unavoidable minor discoloration to the tires. But please no signs of skidding or other indelible markings. For this reason please keep your initial learning drive on a clean, dry, smooth surface. When you try Medium or High speed range be careful not to skid on turns or stops. Maneuver slowly to keep the ComfyGO in “like new” condition..

Canceled or refused orders

Orders canceled after the item has shipped or refused upon delivery are subject to all of the terms defined in this return policy. A $99.00 restocking fee on ComfyGO’s and Batteries applies. Please contact us to receive an RMA number before refusing an order. All shipping expenses will be deducted from your refund..

Credits

After receiving your return, we will credit the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase (less the delivery cost on ComfyGO Chairs and Spare Batteries as well any restocking fee that applies). Please allow up to 4 weeks for your credit to be issued. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a check within 30 days..
